Advanced trainings

A series of training programs has been developed for our consultants’ further development. General consulting skills and in-depth training by service and industry practice form the backbone of the training series. Specific training programs according to your personal development plans are also offered.

Skills
General skills training is aimed at developing your ability in areas such as public speaking, interviewing, project management and client relationship management. These training sessions are organized regularly in offices all over Europe and typically on a small scale (~10 participants). These training sessions are great for developing your skills and advancing your network as you meet international colleagues of different ranks.

Knowledge
Our service and industry practices are organized around the world to develop industry and service methodologies and share the latest insights. All practices organize regular activities concerning thought leadership development and knowledge sharing.

On a national scale, we also organize ‘practice affinity events’ in which practice leaders share knowledge and insights with practice members and other interested colleagues, including junior consultants.

The largest event for service and industry practices is the European Summer Academy, organized by the Benelux unit. All industry and service practices are represented and courses are offered for all ranks. Previous editions have featured courses in areas such as Complexity Management, Automotive Trends, Due Diligence, Growth Strategies and Value Based Analysis. Apart from obtaining in depth knowledge of selected practices, this event is also a great opportunity to meet colleagues with the same interests from all over Europe.
