An important element of diversity is gender diversity. A.T. Kearney wants to re-balance the number of female consultants per rank so is focused on attracting and recruiting more women to build its pipeline of talented women for senior management. The management of A.T. Kearney therefore supports and encourages the initiatives to achieve those goals, like the A.T. Kearney Women’s Network and the Benelux Women’s Network.

Benelux Women Network and Ladies Lunches

The female consultants from Amsterdam and Brussels have joined forces through the Benelux Women’s Network. Throughout the year, they catch-up during monthly Ladies Lunches and an Annual Ladies Event. During these moments they share project experiences, challenges at work and exciting private ventures
