A.T. Kearney's transportation clients include carriers, infrastructure providers, regulators, integrators and third-party services suppliers. They also include business organizations interested in this industry, such as equipment manufacturers and private equity firms.

Our primary focus is on corporate strategy, but we are also deeply involved in operational, network, marketing, organizational and information technology issues. Recent examples of our transportation work in the Benelux include strategy and organization for a major Benelux-based carrier, marketing and sales for a Dutch-based European freight forwarder subsidiary of a leading international transport group, restructuring in the express industry, and operations for a leading airline.
