Benelux Parties Benelux Parties

Twice every year, winter and summer, the Benelux Unit invites all employees and their significant others for an evening of dining and dancing. The Winter Party is also the occasion during which the new joiners present their take on life at A.T. Kearney. Special attention is paid to the setting, previous locations included the Chalet Robinson in Brussels, the Barbizon Hotel in Amsterdam, and Hangar 26 in Antwerpen.

All-Hands Meeting

The Benelux Unit consists of both the Brussels and Amsterdam offices. All consultants gather every year for an update on unit-wide business. The Unit presents his outlook and plans for the coming year, and important milestone events are celebrated. Of course, this is also an excellent networking event.

End of Year Dinner

In December, right before A.T. Kearney employees go on a break to spend time with family and friends during the holidays, the office treats its employees to a nice dinner somewhere in Brussels. It’s a reward for a year of hard work, a time to celebrate promoted colleagues, and an occasion to look forward toward the new year.

Skiing Trip

Every March, the snow-minded A.T. Kearney consultants team up for a short-ski in Austria. Driven by junior consultants, and thoroughly enjoyed by some partners and principals, this break from work is a guaranteed hit each year.

Sports Events

A.T. Kearney consultants use their collaborative skills on a daily basis to beat competitors, which makes them naturally fit for team sports. That’s why there’s always an A.T. Kearney team ready to participate in soccer tournaments or karting championships. The Brussels office is already decorated with several trophies, but there’s always room for more…

FIO–Friday In the Office

A monthly meeting in the Brussels office with a casual atmosphere. The head partner presents a business update, anniversaries are celebrated, and various office-related topics are discussed. Concluded by drinks (a wine tasting even!), this is an excellent way to catch up with other colleagues’ projects.

FOO–Friday Out of the Office

Every quarter, a FIO becomes a FOO as we break out of the office and spend an afternoon/evening on location. This can be an event such as attending the Memorial Van Damme, or team building activities such as volunteering at the National Special Olympics.
